# Troubleshooting and Support

## **Common Issues and Solutions**

### **1. Wallet Connection Issues**

**Problem:** Unable to connect your wallet to the platform.

**Solution:**

* Ensure you are using a supported Web3 wallet, such as MetaMask or Rabby.
* Verify that your wallet is connected to the correct network (e.g., Arbitrum).
* Clear your browser cache and refresh the Pool Party website.
* Check your wallet’s permissions and approve the connection request.

### **2. Transaction Failures**

**Problem:** Your deposit or withdrawal transaction fails to process.

**Solution:**

* Make sure you have enough gas tokens (e.g., ETH for Arbitrum) in your wallet to cover transaction fees.
* Double-check that you have sufficient USDC for the deposit amount.
* Review your wallet's transaction history to ensure no pending transactions are blocking new ones.

### **3. Pool Not Displayed in Dashboard**

**Problem:** Your investment is not visible in the Portfolio dashboard.

**Solution:**

* Refresh the page and ensure your wallet is still connected.
* Verify the transaction status in your wallet or a block explorer.
