Deposits and Withdrawals
Pool Party is designed to make deposits and withdrawals simple, transparent, and user-friendly. Whether you’re adding liquidity to a pool or withdrawing your funds, the process is seamless and requires only a few clicks.
Deposits
What You’ll Need:
USDC (Digital Dollar): Deposits into Pool Party pools are made using USDC, a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar.
Network Gas Fees: Ensure you have enough native tokens of the network (e.g., ETH for Arbitrum) to cover gas fees for the transaction.
How to Deposit:
Connect Your Wallet: Start by connecting your wallet (e.g., MetaMask or Rabby) to the Pool Party platform. Ensure your wallet has sufficient USDC and gas tokens.
Choose Your Pool: Once connected, browse the available pools and select one that matches your investment strategy.
Deposit with Two Clicks: Enter the amount of USDC you want to deposit, confirm the transaction in your wallet, and you’re done!
What Happens Next?
Your USDC is locked into the protocol’s smart contract, which automatically replicates the pool manager’s strategy.
The smart contract handles liquidity provisioning on platforms like Uniswap, generating returns that are distributed proportionally among all participants.
Withdrawals
Flexible Withdrawals
Pool Party allows you to withdraw your funds at any time without lock-ups or penalties.
Withdrawals include your original deposit and any accrued rewards.
How to Withdraw:
Navigate to the Portfolio Section: In the top-left corner of the platform, select the Portfolio tab to view your investments. This dashboard is distinct from the pool selection interface.
Initiate the Withdrawal: Choose the pool from which you want to withdraw, specify the amount (partial or full), and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Select Your Withdrawal Option: You can withdraw your funds in:
USDC: Receive your returns in the stablecoin USDC.
Pool Token Pair: Opt to receive your returns in the corresponding token pair for the pool in which you invested.
Receive Your Funds: Once the transaction is processed, your chosen assets are sent directly to your wallet.
Gas Fees for Withdrawals:
As with deposits, ensure you have enough native tokens (e.g., ETH for Arbitrum) to cover the gas fees for the withdrawal transaction.
Key Considerations
Transaction Speed: Deposits and withdrawals are subject to network congestion and gas fees, which may vary depending on blockchain activity.
Earnings Visibility: Rewards are updated in real-time in your Portfolio, so you can track your investment performance at any moment.
Transparency: All deposit and withdrawal transactions are executed on-chain, ensuring full transparency and security.
